Title VI

Hub City Transit provides service without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. If you believe you have experienced discrimination under Title VI, you may file a complaint.

Equal access to transit

Title VI prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in programs and services that receive federal funding. Hub City Transit follows Title VI requirements for all routes, vehicles, facilities, customer service, and communications.

File a complaint

How to submit

Complaints must be filed in writing. Include your name and contact information, a description of what happened, when and where it occurred, and why you believe it was discrimination under Title VI.

  1. Complete a Title VI complaint form or write a letter with the required details.
  2. Send it to the City of Hattiesburg MPO Division.
  3. You may request copies or alternate formats by phone.
