How to file
If you believe you’ve experienced discrimination or a service issue under the ADA, you may file a written complaint. Include your contact information, what happened, when and where it occurred, and why you believe it is an ADA concern.
Door-to-door service for eligible riders
If your disability prevents you from using fixed routes, Paratransit provides shared, door-to-door rides within three-quarters of a mile of fixed routes. Learn about eligibility, scheduling, and hours.
